What factors affect energy levels throughout the day?

Recently, I felt a drop in energy and I started to be bothered by constant fatigue and lack of motivation. That's when I decided to look for a way to feel better. Sleep, nutrition and physical activity are the three things that affect my energy. I try to go to bed at the same time and not to overload myself with things to do before going to bed. Nutrition is also important: I include more fruits and vegetables in my diet, but I try to avoid fatty foods. Sometimes I add a little more physical activity, and this has an immediate effect on my energy level.
